The problem is that the 'rights' of UN Declarations of Human Rights are not a rights given by God, we are born already with those rights as in American Declaration of Independence: all men 'are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.' If it is given by UN it can be withdrawn anytime anywhere. So nobody may feel safe from an act of the political powers.
